Located in Charleston, SC, KL Pilates is brought to you by Kathryn “Kat” Roberts Leibe. She is a highly qualified teacher experienced in both traditional and contemporary Pilates methods.  Her training began at Kinected of NYC under the guidance of Kelly Kane and continued with Ellie Herman in Brooklyn, NY.  

Kat specializes in personalizing Pilates through Private and Group Sessions. Pilates is a safe way for people of all ages and abilities to exercise, and the close relationship that you and your instructor foster is the most effective way to address individual needs. She has the unique ability to bring mindfulness and humor to her clients' sessions.

The studio houses Balanced Body equipment such as the Studio Reformer, EXO chair, Pilates Springboard and other various props that may enhance your practice.  In a typical session you will work both on the equipment and mat depending on what your body needs that day.
