Contemporary Mat

Kat's mat classes combine traditional and contemporary Pilates concepts to bring you a well rounded full body workout. These classes typically run 30-40 min and are appropriate for all levels.

This 45-minute focuses on the whole body. If you have been curious about a live class but not sure if you would like it, try it out and see what you think! Live classes are held Thursdays 5pm and Sundays 9am.
